01 / The principal
ESV Ajikobi Alhassan Alex, MNIVS, RSV is a thoroughbred chartered and qualified Estate Surveyor & Valuer, and a member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV). He is a Registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).
He is a graduate of Estate Surveying and Valuation with over a decade of experience in the real estate industry. ESV Ajikobi has worked with reputable firms including Dipo Fakorede & Co., Solid Foundation, John Zedomi & Associates, and Adeniji Adele & Associates.
He later spearheaded the real estate operations of Hamilton Realty International as Senior Manager and Real Estate Consultant — a role that afforded him international real estate exposure.
He has championed numerous Housing Estate Administration, Property Valuation Briefs, Property Management, Brokerage and Advisory Roles for private clients, corporate organisations, and institutions across Nigeria.
He has attended numerous property-related seminars, conferences, and professional workshops within and outside Nigeria.
Today, he is the Principal Partner of Alex Ajikobi & Associates and a Pioneer Partner at Pacific Facility Management Company.
