Do you work outside Lagos?
Yes. The firm is based in Lagos and has undertaken nationwide valuation exercises for financial institutions, government agencies, high-net-worth individuals and corporate organisations.
What types of property do you value?
Residential, commercial, retail and specialised assets, including commercial farms, oil tank farms, event centres, serviced apartments and housing estates.
Can you manage a property as well as value it?
Yes. Our experience includes facility management for a 52-unit estate and luxury homes, service-charge administration for three prominent Lagos estates, and lease administration for retail space.
What should I include in my first message?
