When you submit the valuation request form, the details you enter — such as your name, email address, WhatsApp number, property location and valuation purpose — are stored in this website’s database so the firm can review and respond to the request. The form then prepares a WhatsApp message for you to review and send. A copy of the request remains available to the firm even if you do not send the WhatsApp message.

The general enquiry form prepares a message in your own WhatsApp or email application. It does not store a copy of the enquiry on the website.

How we use it

If you choose to send the prepared message, we use the information to understand your enquiry and respond to it. We may keep correspondence and valuation request records for our professional records and for the administration of any engagement that follows.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. Information may be shared with professional advisers or service providers only where it is necessary to respond to your enquiry or deliver an engagement, or where we are required to do so by law.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts, styles, scripts and images are served from this website. Your browser may store standard technical information as part of normal page delivery.
